Cancellation Policy

In the event you have a change of plans please call or text 904 808 2869. There will be no penalty for cancelations made with 2 hours advance notice or greater. In the event a ride is cancelled with less than 2 hours notice a 25% penalty will apply. Should a short notice cancelation occur, due to no fault of the rider ( paying passenger). Such as one of the following situations: Flight, Cruise line, Venue, Sporting Event, Concert or ticketed event cancelation. The Rider will receive a full refund. Any cancelation with less than 30 minuets notice will result in a 50% cancelation fee. Unfortunately last minuet cancelations have a financial impact for the Driver. This is not only time but fuel cost and wear and tear to their vehicles. Please understand that we keep a tight schedule. Our drivers are required to arrive early. In an effort to ensure quality service to as many Riders as possible. Frequent cancellations may result in placement on our No Ride List causing denial of future service.
